Successful candidates will need to be experienced in the travel industry, self-motivated, able to generate their own leads, detailed oriented with accelerated communication skills and comfortable using technology. This is opportunity for a motivated established or up and coming high producing advisor to join our team.

As an Independent Travel Advisor, you have the opportunity to enrich people’s lives through travel. Our travel portfolio of 1st class, luxury, and adventure travel will be your assets to help your guests choose the right experience for them. You will have the fulfillment of following up with guests post travel to hear the rave reviews from your efforts. Expectations as an Independent Travel Advisor,

• Training from the main office on our policies and procedures and what is expected from our independent advisors.
• One on one coaching and marketing support when securing groups and high-end travel.
• How Leisure Travel Enterprises can help you close the final sale.
• You work with your clients to arrange travel plans and provide exemplary customer service. Manage the client expectations to build a repour and to build lasting relationships with them and gain referrals.
• You will have access to our portfolio of reputable network of worldwide travel providers and professionals to find and acquire the best travel experiences available.
• You will be your clients’ ‘friend in travel’ giving them legitimate recommendations, troubleshooting when necessary, and providing advocacy when plans have to change.
• We provide you agency training, mentorship, and cutting-edge technology, so that you can provide the best possible experience for you client.
• We provide you opportunities to apply for national recognition in the travel industry and in the public’s eye.

Key Qualifications

• You need to be self-driven, patient with training, and self-motivated.
• You must be willing to embrace our technology, be already computer literate, and possess superior communication skills.
