Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
   • Employees, agents, and affiliates of the organizers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
   • To participate, entrants must subscribe to the organizer’s email list and follow the official Facebook page.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize Details:
   • The prize is a Scenic or Emerald River Cruise for up to 10 days on European rivers (excluding Portugal).
   • The cruise must be booked in 2025 for travel in 2026.
   • Flights, hotels, and excursions are not included in the prize.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4. Draw Details:
   • The winner will be selected at random on 1st May 2025.
   • The winner will be notified via email and/or Facebook within 7 days of the draw.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
5. Winner Obligations:
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the prize draw, including but not limited to, sharing photos or testimonials.
6. General Conditions:
   • The organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or its terms and conditions without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
   • The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, or personal expenses.
7. Liability:
   • The organizers accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
   • The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the prize draw or the acceptance or use of the prize.
8. Privacy:
   • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw in accordance with the organizer’s privacy policy.
9. Governing Law:
   • The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.
