My love of travel started early in my life as my father was an airline pilot. I enjoyed multiple trips to Hawaii, Florida, Mexico, Canada, and Europe, and to most of the USA before I graduated from High School.
To continue my love of travel I became a travel agent. From there I became a Travel Agent instructor, sharing my knowledge of travel to those wanting to get into the travel industry. I became the Director of Education at the school overseeing the instructors and developing curriculum.
My other positions in the travel industry include: Reservations Manager at a Clarion hotel, working for an airline consolidator booking international flights (Centrav), working for a major tour company in reservations (Globus), and for a smaller tour company putting together international group tours for churches wanting to do pilgrimages to Israel, Germany and other locations.
My travels since high school have included: China, Kenya (on a safari), Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Israel, the Greek Islands, Croatia, Norway, and Turkey to name a few. I have been to a variety of Caribbean Islands and back to Mexico and Canada. My cruise experience includes not only taking 40 cruises but actually training students at the travel school for the role of a steward to work on American Cruise Lines and Norwegian.
I am now enjoying my time with Leisure Travel Enterprises helping out in the office and assisting the agents.
